The reverse side of the purple/green heart blocks -- just a regular traditional log cabin block, done with 2 1/2 inch strips (I think) -- I created these blocks some time ago and they were in my "test" pile -- mostly to get the idea if I wanted to make a whole quilt with them -- still trying to decide on that but in the meantime, they work as the alternate side to the purple/ green.
